Deinstalled it and stopped my subscription. Really SAD to see this doesn't even get any priority. Very bad support from F-Secure. I think twice next time when i see a product of them.

This is really getting ridicoulus. We are a month further and no support AT ALL!!!! I keep paying for my subscription, but i cannot use the service. It sounds like a scam to me and I am going to warn everyone trough the app store for this. One month....are you all sleeping there?

I guess this is a joke, isn't? Did you see my screenshots on the first page? How come i see the subscription in the App store? Because I use my original apple ID. I have no other.

The device was jailbroken, but because i need this vpn (automatically connect when you put your phone on) i have reinstalled iOS without jb. Same results.

I have send the log file. From what i could see it says: Got notification of a purchase, which user has not tapped. May be some old purchase is getting verified.

I already have a recurring subscription from March and always paid my bills. So I don't know what is going on, but it is really annoying to know that i have paid and can't use it. I don't trust the system anymore.

I have an active subscription trough the app store for my iPhone (which is still active), but all of a sudden Freedome tells me that my subscription has been expired while i have paid my bill. Is this a joke? Time to get Cloak instead of Freedome :(

I have enabled javascript for safari and yes, this time it works. But i need javascript disabled, so i disabled it again. Perhaps handy to file this in a readme file?

Installed Freedome because it is an app which i was looking for ages. So the app asks me to install a profile trough the website, so it opens Safari, but it only shows a blue background with F-Secure Freedome on top. So copied the link and pasted it in Dolphin browser and that worked. So i pressed the button to install the profile and after a few seconds it goes back to the app and ends with an error and question if i want to add/check it manually. When i go to the VPN settings, nothing has been installed. Tried it 10 times or so, but no luck. So i thought, let's add it manually. Uhm....yeah why not.....but where is the support for it? No help file, no settingspage on the website nothing. So, let's start a chat then with support. Should be ok isn't? Well, it's not. They told me they do not deliver support for Freedome and sends me back to this forum. As a security expert (http://www.badass.sx) i can tell you that this is not very userfriendly, even the support. So i hope a manual can be given where all settings are for public. I want to test this app, so i can instruct my clients and visitors to use it, but for now I am frustrated that it already take an hour to set this last point.
