Hi AniaC Thank you for the welcome and the the inclusion (soon) of a feedback thread. i note that F-Secure do have a forum platform. How does the community side fit in with that? I am cnfused why there should be two areas to obtain support! Have I missed something? About the malware removal side explanation. Thanks for your feedback on this but I should have been more specific. Will there be help offered other than simply going through the actions of running F-Secure software in safe mode etc., using recognised tools to help direct a user to clean their system, ie: combofix, HJT, peper fix, etc? This type of support (although can be lengthy) is a valuable asset to general users and increasing in popularity with many well known sites offering this service (Geeks2go, Bleeping computer, MBAM etc.) I ask as I feel this service would be highly beneficial for customers using your software.
