Could you please provide us some details about version of your F-secure PSB? and version of windows OS?
May I ask you try the following steps on affected machine?
1. Re-install the F-secure PSB using our uninstallation tool.
2. Remove the device from the PSB portal devices list and then clear list of removed devices from the subscription page
3. Install PSB Computer Protection back to the device
See if the Windows Security Center now shows correct status for Virus and Threat Protection.
