The client does not store keycodes or e-mail addresses locally for security reasons, so you can't get them out from it.
What you can do is to get account identifier and contact support with it, they can provide account details with it. Account identifier is in C:\ProgramData\F-Secure\SECL\<numbers>\customerIdentifier. It's an XML file with just one entry, which is called "customerIdentifier".
Now, in order to figure out which support to contact, in case it's not bought directly from F-Secure, you need to find the operator name. You can find it in C:\ProgramData\F-Secure\latebound\100\Customization\common.en.xml. It's XML file and you are interested in entries near the top called "ProductName" and "OperatorName".
