Nowadays, PM does not use IE infra, thus MS patches could not affect PM registration.
As a possible reason, I'd suggest checking "http_proxies" entry in c:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\FSAUA\program\fsaua.cfg - PM uses these proxy settings for internet connections and unfortunately still is unable to automatically fetch this configuration from system settings.
If proxy settings are specified correctly but PM still is unable to reach corp-reg, please copy-paste Error message from c:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\Management Server 5\logs\fspms-registration.log
Do you mean that you want to extend the time of the first licence by adding on the second one? I know that you can add a new licence to a running subscription if you want to renew it, and the second license will run from the end date of the first one, so you don't lose any days by 'crossing over' the licenses. Not sure if you can add two licenses at the same time, say, at the start of a subscription term, but maybe F-Secure can clarify in the morning?
If that's not what you want to do, you'll need to Contact Support by Phone or Chat with anything to do with licenses, for privacy and security reasons.
Problem is solved.
I had contact with Ziggo and they told me to download youre uninstal.exe and tried again and it worked. During the installation my computer said to reboot, i did and their was no pop up for continu the instal.
So i uninstall all first.
Tried again and worked.
If you suspect this might be a false positive, please submit a sample of the URL to our Sample Analysis System.
Please select the option 'I want to give more details about this sample and to be notified of the analysis results' to give more information and under URL type, select 'Freedome related issue or problem'. Our labs will analyse the website and rate it accordingly.
For iPad, you use the 'Did you already buy a multi-platform subscription' option to activate your multi license code. In your case, is it due to the restore from the iCloud which resulted in this issue? Can you try to uninstall and reinstall Freedome from your iPad and retry the multi-license activation?
We have an article related to this which can shed more information.
Google services don't rely on standard geolocation data but use their own ways to determine the location. They don’t rely only to where the IP address has been defined to be. For example if they know that a bunch of users accessing their service have all specified their country as Mexico in the Google account settings, they’ll flag our IP to be in Mexico as well. There is really nothing we can do about this. We have had this situation on and off with other locations too.
