I have had this issue for a little while now and had turned off F-Safe online and on my PC to no avail..
I was recommended by F-SECURE to try using Youtube on Edge and IE.. and they both worked...
I managed to solved the problem on Chrome by turning off the "Browsing Protection by F-Secure" extension.

Does your current experience and topics are about related trouble which was reported there as:
If yes and if "Content blocker" functionality is not used by you - possible to disable only this part of Parental control (rather than to disable F-Secure Browsing Protection extension).
Possible to do so by logging into your My F-Secure Account (my.f-secure.com) and further doublecheck your profile/device settings for Parental Control.
