internet security subscription key
I have just downloaded the free internet security as I am a virgin media customer. I downloaded it on my laptop no problems adn it took off 1 of my 5 licenses............when it came to installing it on my pc it is now asking me for the subscription key and i dont know where to find this if i even need it. When i downloaded it on my pc it took off another of my licenses.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AS ONLINE CHAT IS TAKING FOREVER WAITING FOR A TECHNICIAN!

You need to login to your SAFE Portal on the machine you want to install FS on, then you can do it from there. There should be no need for a subscription key, as it's all taken care of within the SAFE Portal.

It sounds as you downloaded it from the SAFE Portal. If you did that and it asked you for a subscription key, something is wrong and you should submit a Support Request
About failed SAFE installation attempts
In the SAFE portal page you can delete those failed installations to get back the "lost licenses". It's in the bottom list called "Your Devices". You can Remove or Reinstall, to prevent using another license. Example:
