Unable to activate Freedome for Business through the activation email

Symptoms

The user has received a new email to download and activate the Freedome for Business app. However, the activation link does not work.

Diagnosis

If the user has previously already installed the app, the activation links may not work.

Solution

To solve the issue, the user needs to remove the app, then reinstall it by clicking the download and activation links in the received email.
