I want to know how can the customer renew the subscription key of Protection Service For Business as his key will expire next week.
I think 20-digit keycodes do not usually change during F-Secure PSB renewal, they simply adjust the expiry time centrally in the cloud farm and the endpoint computers learn about that automatically.
For more precise information you could e-mail "email@example.com" for example.
