Hi,
unfortunately it is now clear that the fix for the unreliable remote actions and profile assignments still does not work. We are very sorry on this and we are working on getting a new fix in place ASAP.

Hi,
we have finally fixed the unreliable remote actions and profile assignments for Compurter Protection with a new release. This release is already deployed to EMEA and EMEA2 portals and we will handle later today the upgrades to rest of the systems. We are sorry for all the problems this case caused.
Release also includes change that the Add new computer email includes now installer links to Computer Protection in case the Computer Protection is enabled for the companies.
PSB Team
PS. This release also shows up a new Computer Protection profile editor -> Device Control tab, which isn't yet fully working. We'll have in couple of weeks new client release and updates to this to make it fully functional.
PS.. We have decided to enable the Computer Protection for PSB standard customers on 15th of September. So after that they can also start enjoying it.

We also took a 2 week delay in enabling the Computer Protection for PSB standard customers due to the feedback on Computer Protection. It is now planned to happen on the 27th of September.

Hi,
PSB Standard customers can now start using the new Computer Protection client. They can as well continue also using the PSB Workstation Security 12.01 version.
So what changed to PSB standard customers now:
- Downloads page has now both Computer Protection for Windows and also PSB Workstation Security 12.01 available for downloads.
- Profiles page shows the new Computer Protection -tab.
- Add new device emails have download link to Computer Protection
Note that none of the profiles you have created in the previous profile editor are not migrated at this point. We are still developing the migration process and it will become available only some time later. Your current profiles are now under the Workstation and Servers -tab and four new F-Secure provided default profiles are under the Computer Protection -tab.

Hi,
a new release has been deployed to most of the PSB systems (Apac still missing) with following changes:
Home page pie charts include timestamp telling when it has been last time calculated. Previously, customers may have resolved an issue but if the alert was still visible on home page they may wonder if it was really fixed.

Happy new year 2018,
For the start of the year we have a big release rolled out. First of all, you notice the lot simplier version numbering format and then you can find this version number in portal from the bottom of left side navigation bar under the F-Secure logo.
Off-line computers visible: If a computer is off-line for two weeks, its virus definition is (obviously) not updated. That was shown as a critical alert. With this change, off-line computers will appear in grey in home dashboard, history reports and they won't show up the old virus defitions task. Software update disable devices are visible on PieChart and this status is removed from critical issues on HomePage.
DataGuard security notifications for Computer Protection Premium: From the device view, the administrator will have visibility on the actions blocked by DataGuard. That is important not only to show the effectiveness of DataGuard protection, but also to allow the administrator to detect false positive and adapt the DataGuard rules.

Hi,
a new release is going to be deployed soon to portals. Main reason for this release is to allow the deployment of previous release to Apac (PSB3) portal as we run into problems when trying to deploy it. Release also includes following changes to all portals:

Hi,
a new release with 2 bigger features is rolled out very soon.
1. Copy profiles feature allows you to do changes to one profile and then select any other profile where the same changes can be applied in one go. Here is example of how to enable DataGuard feature in all of your profiles:
Note! Currently this feature supports only check boxes and the locks. In the future it will be expanded to other settings based on the needs. So let us know some real examples where you would use this feature with other settings.
2. Device control shows all connected devices in the device details page Connected devices tab:
You need to enable the Device control -feature in the profile for this list to get populated. Later we will add separate security notifications for the blocked devices.
In addition there are following changes:
