I have a issue with one of our customers who uses your security software - We have downloaded our Dynamics NAV Windows Client on his desktop but when we try to login it cannot connect to the servers so it cannot run the request.
We believe it's the safety in your software - we tried to add the client as and approved program but still the same fail.
Where can I modify the solution so it can accept this program? - And where can a approve a specific port that the software uses.
Have anybody ever experinces issues like this one?
