Is it possible to customize email from "PSB Mail Sender" to include company info/instructions? Our users have been taught to just ignore all generic installation messages, so most of the emails sent from PSB portal are getting deleted.
Only customization available for the partner (SOP user) is to add company logo and a company support link. We don’t have any other possibility to customize the installation email currently. The email now includes the instructions on how to install the client.
