Today we faced possible hazardous bug with Computer Protection. As title says F-secure detected false positive this morning and quarantined the file at several computers. After this we tried to add the file to profile exclusion and allowed it from the computers manually from quarantine. Everything worked after this but right after people restarted their computers the file got deleted by F-secure. There were no log entries in F-secure which is odd. We confirmed the F-secure issue by reinstalling the Computer Security and the problem was gone.
Anyone else faced same kind on issues? Or did we miss something.
That sounds odd, could you run "Support tool" on a machine where this happened and send us the logs it gathers? We can try to check why it happened.
