F-Secure Mobile Security for Business license in F-Secure MSP portal shows expired even though subscription has been renewed

Issue:

  • Protection Service for Mobile (MSP) Portal shows that the Mobile Security license key has expired even though license has been renewed
  • Mobile Security for Business application on the devices shows Error Update Service cannot verify your subscription

Resolution:

Proceed to contact F-Secure support and provide the Mobile Security subscription details so that the expiration date can be corrected at our end.
