I often have to remove some devices with Windows 10 from PSB for various reasons, Computer Protection remains installed on the PC that i have removed, but obviously indicates that the computer is no longer protected and requires the insertion of the license.
When I have to put the PC back online and insert the license key, I get the following error: "Unable to contact the server, check the network connection".
Obviously the connection works perfectly.
So I'm forced to uninstall and reinstall F-Secure Computer Protecion, so it works perfectly.
How can I solve this problem?
You'd posted your question in a wrong branch. https://community.f-secure.com/t5/Protection/bd-p/PSB is the proper one.
If you remove a computer from F-Scure PSB portal, you cannot add it back with the same 5x4 digit keycode any more, unless you click the "clear blacklist of computers" button in the PSB webportal GUI. More details here:
