Router checker shows different information

My internet is very slow even the speed in my router information is as I subscribed .i tried to use checker to see if my router is hacked but it shows different data. Always it shows to me that my ragion is egypt and africa and my ISP is tedata but this time it shows that my that ISP is google.inc and my ragion is united states and Europe and ather different data . I live in egypt .is that hack or what
