Problem with downloaded databases

I am unable to get the online scanner to work. I get this message every time I try. It's very vague and doesn't hint as to where to start looking. How to fix this?

Maybe good to try it! If trouble is still there with 'beta' -> possible to find reasons (after your feedback).
