F-Secure Booster wont open

Hi

 

When I click on link, I get the initial page saying what it is, but when this goes to be replaced with the programme nothing comes up. Quite old laptop with windows 7 please help

    Could you provide a screenshot of the page and what happens after that so we can understand the issue better?

     

    Are you having issues when opening Booster via the Tray application or the main interface?

    not sure it would be much use, I double click the icon and the title page and icon at the bottom come up; as if the program is starting before both disappear, without loading. I've been thinking about uninstalling and loading again?

    Yes, you can try to uninstall and reintall Booster and see how it goes.
