Bank failing to recognize my local machine

Presently, I am using F-Secure 15.3 and F-Secure Booster Version 2.3.2.657; and lately one of those utilities may be (and just as easily may not be) interfering with my bank's ability to recognize my local machine.  While I'm all in favor of malware/spyware cookies being deleted, cookies which enable me to easily log in at regularly-visited Web sites are another matter entirely.

In most cases, it's merely inconvenient to continuously re-enter log-in information; but when my bank's Web site repeatedly tells me my local machine is not recognized and a time-consuming verification process involving special electronic-mail messages is required, I'm more than displeased.  I don't know which entity is actually responsible for this failure of recognition:  my bank, my computing system, my Internet Service Provider, sunspots, etc.

During those bygone initial years of the Spybot - Search and Destroy era, one could look at the entire list of cookies on one's machine and determine which, if any, should be excluded from deletion.  Is there any way to do this with either F-Secure or F-Secure Booster?

Please bear in mind I'm not interested in embarking upon any shut-him-up semantics wars, snipe hunts or wild-goose chases.  If neither F-Secure nor F-Secure Booster are responsible for this failure of local-machine recognition by my bank, so be it.  But no matter what or whom is responsible for this maddening and recent development, any helpful advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
