Products affected: Client Security 12.10Problem: User experiences various networking issues after Client Security 12.10 upgrade.Visible Effects: Known and reported symptoms include slow opening of web pages, slow logins with Outlook and Skype for Business.
Solution: Upon further investigation, the issue lies in the Stateful Inspection Level in the Client Security 12.10 firewall. Change the setting from "DISABLED" to "RFC" to resolve the issue.The setting in Policy Manager Console Advanced view is located here:F-Secure Internet Shield >> Settings >> Firewall Engine >> Stateful Inspection Level
In Policy Manager Console, also remember to lock the setting (click the lock symbol)
