Products affected: Policy Manager for Windows 13.x
Problem: You are unable to log on to the Policy Manager Console using the Active Directory account, if the Active Directory account has the Active Directory group set as Primary Group in Active Directory Users and Computers.
Visible effects: You get the error: "Cannot connect to the server: authorization failed because the specified user credentials are invalid".
Workaround: For the problematic Active Directory account: - Change the Primary Group to any group other than the Active Directory Group already imported into the Policy Manager Console; OR - Re-import another Active Directory Group that is not set as Primary Group.
