Problem: The problem is with the RSS feed on the portal page. The information in the RSS feeds is not accurate or up to date with some specific PSB accounts.
Visible Effects: The RSS feed is not accurate and may show old information.
Workaround: No workaround
ETA: Done, the fix has been already installed to PSB4, should go to other PSBs this week (week 23).
FIX: Fix is in PSB portal 15.21.66845 and newer.
