fcsc-9.50 install error

Hi,

when I try to install fcsc-9.50 on windows 8 pro 64 bit,

displays an error message with code 2356 and will not install.
Any suggestions?

    Hello,

     

    Would it be possible to download our diagnostic utility and run it on the problematic machine and send the resulted fsdiag.zip file to tp-feedback@f-secure.com address for further investigation? Also if you can take a screenshot of the error message presented, that would be very helpful!
