F-Secure Booster and FS Protection

I purchased and installed Booster on my computer on the 20th September. I ran Booster and used it to update all my drivers and applications. As a result Booster destroyed FS protection and rendered my computer unprotected. I raised a bug report 3 days ago but have had no response. Today I rang the support centre based in Malaysia. The gentleman spent over 2 hours working remotely on my computer and eventually was able to reinstall FS Protection and F-secure Booster.

Can I run Booster ago or will it stop FS Protection working?
