Windows Firewall Rule Helper

Hello, guys ! Nowadays windows firewall is sufficent to protects the home user, but it lacks the protection for the outbond connection. So, would you like to add this feature please? So, novice users don't need to open the Windows Firewall advanced settings to make a rule. We can for example, blocking Wscript.exe from accessing the internet. So, malicious script cannot download the payload on the victim's computer. Thank you
