IP white list required to allow Remote Desktop

I use Remote Desktop a lot. But F-Secure becomes a serious problem for me if it kicks in and blocks my access. This happens if, while an F-secure session is in operation, I leave things idle long enough for the Windows Screen Lock to kick in on the remote computer.  OH NO! Now I can't get back on to my remote computer - I have to drive 20 miles to fix this problem!!! Therefore I want to be able to get past an active session of F-secure using Remote Desktop. Therefore I need a suitable White List where I can add an IP address.

    Hello,

Sorry for my reply. I'm only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

Sounds that your experience is about F-Secure SAFE (for home use).

And if yes -> your description is about F-Secure Banking Protection feature and its impact for Remote sessions?

For example, such trouble is discussed under community multiple times. But I'm not sure about part with locking system (as potential additional point).

Potential workarounds were 'disabling' Banking protection feature (activated during visit banking or payment system rated pages only) or try to choose option "Do not interrupt my active Internet connections":

But such trouble is fixed potentially (some releases before current stable build):

Maybe it is good to clarify about your request:

-> does it for F-Secure SAFE?

-> what kind of White List (for IP addresses) there should be and how F-Secure is related with current design of its (if it is not about Banking Protection feature - does it indeed F-Secure solution did something?)

    Thanks!
