Cleaner for iphone

Ive recently had problems with online games.... however i noticed a very strange effect whilst playing online games on my iphone. When i first start play dungeon survivor2 i was winning 70%of my matches... then suddenly 6 month later i was lucky if i could win any. I downloaded a program called cleaner which cleans iphone memory.... after using it i won all my matches against people who were winning previously with  inferior teams...... it lasted for over   A month.... could you include a unused memory wipe as im certain theres a connection.......
