A problem with a certain file? Exclude it automatically like deepguard, application control

E.g. PunkBuster online anti-cheat .exe located in Windows folder causes FSIS to use all of the CPU.

Why not whitelist these files at your end instead of making every person do it manually, after, in the worst case, hours of trying to find the reason for the abnormal behaviour?
