upgrade Freedome to include Mac OS X

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have a a subscription for Freedome, which i bought through iTunes a bit less than a year ago. Back then, it was only available for mobile devices.

I was wondering how I can upgrade my subscription to also include Mac OS X?
