i have the app in my mobile , but when i press the open to connection

May I know the OS of your mobile? What is the issue you have with the Freedome connection?

kindly note that the moblie note 5 also both frriend the problem from last update 22 jan 2019 (note 8 and a7)

Could you please let us know if you are seeing any error message? If not, does it help if you try to connect to a different location?

 

Does Freedome just keeps trying to connect?

yes Freedome just keeps trying to connect only (try without any benfit )
