not connection innitialization error

I installed it and is giving me error and not connecting like it is suppose to connect

    Hi cpapayne,

     

    Based on your 'Initialization error', I found this KB article with the same error message. Please have a look.

     

    If you have a different error , kindly post a screenshot of your error message to have a better understanding of your issue.
