not connecting

in F-Secure VPN

Bought freedome while abroad all was well went back to uk and then returned abroad and now its not connecting can anyone give advice and help ??? or experianced same issue ??

    Hi @Ronster45,

     

    I have moved your post to the Freedome board. May I know in which country you used Freedome (when abroad)? What is the error message you see when you try to connect to Freedome?

    Hello Laksh

     

    I signed up here in Iraq and all was working perfectly , then I went home to uk and all was well now im back in Iraq it is just showing that its trying to connect , just keeps spinning but has not connected at all, no error message ??? I also have it on my Ipad which is still working fine but not on my Mac laptop ??
