freedome - dns problems

in F-Secure VPN

hello

this is the first time when i am using freedome vpn and i have some problems with it. it seems that on

 

whoer   net

 

i got my ip like this:

 

2a00:11c0:d:xx:x:x:x:xx

 

and my internet provider is shows, i mean freedome vpn is not covering my entire conection.

or maybe i am not doing something right.

any sugestion please ?

    May I know the name of website used for check Public IP? so that we can able to check the Freedome  with website and to find why IPV6 reveals the ISP information.

     

    Normally, we use the following steps to check the public IP leak for Freedome VPN.

     

    1. Ensure the Freedome VPN is OFF.

    2. Open the website whatismyipaddress.com to see the real IP address and ISP info.

    3. Turn ON the Freedome, and select any of virtual location of your choice and verify that you are connected.

    4. Go and visit whatismyipaddress.com again to check your new IP.  You should see a new address, one that corresponds with your VPN and the country you selected.
