freedome app closes by itself on Mac

I have been using Freedome over a year on my Mac (Yosemite 10.10.5 on MBP retina), and during past couple of months noticed tendency for the application to close itself without any known reason. No error message, no nothing, app just closed and VPN off.
When re-start app it works normally, until at some point closes itself again.
I have not noticed of any specific logic or repeatability, this just happens fairly frequently.
Typical use case is watching FinnishTV (Yle or MTV3)TV by Safari.
Anybody else experiencing similar behaviour? Any advice how to fix this?

Hi mran,
If this happens frequently without any error message, I would recommend to get in touch with support so they can check the logs for the turn off of Freedome.
