Won't connect on my PC

It suddenly stopped working on my PC. I've tried reinstalling and restarting. The disc spins as though trying to connect but no luck with any location. Worked fine for more than 2 years. Any advice gratefully received.

Hi Matty1,

 

May I know what is the OS of your device? What is the version of Freedome installed?

 

Do you see any error message when it tries to connect to a location?

Hi Laksh,

Im using windows 10 pro. and Freedom 2.16.5289.0.

It was all rather strange but happily seems to have resolved. All 3 devices said my subscription had expired (not true) and I reinstalled two or three times on the PC. The problem of connecting was on the PC only but it refused to connect to any location for several hours. No error messages. Appreciate your prompt attention.
