I am having problems connecting to my ISP's mail server through Vancouver. I am using Outlook 2016 and the IMAP protocol. If I reconnect to the Toronto servers it works again. This seems to happen at random times. As far as I know, the ISP's servers are located in either Vancouver or Victoria. Any ideas?
