VPN not working

in F-Secure VPN
The VPN connection on my iPhone 6 Plus is not working since 8pm (UK time). Neither of the virtual locations work.
I always get this message: Could not turn on VPN. Try again later or try another virtual location

    Hello Avatar,

    Could you tell us on which type of network you are connecting too? Could you try an alternative network(3G or else)?

     

    Our iOS VPN uses IPSec protocol and it needs UDP ports 500 and 4500.

    Please make sure those ports are not blocked by your router.

    Hi Ben,

    I'm on mobile network (three UK). However, I just had to delete and install the app again, and now everything works just fine.
