The internet access is intermittent short-term but often

I have a 100 MB internet access, a modem Smart Modem Technicolor,  the operation system Windows 7.

When using Freedome the internet connection is intermittent from 10 seconds to a couple of minutes every now and then but often. Especially in streaming videos (i.e. the broadcasting of the Finnish television stations) this is really annoying! My equipment has been tested and found unproblematic.
