After a computer breakdown I tried to install freedom using my (still not expired) subscription code. When I pass the code it says that the code is not valid. How to solve this problem.

    May I know if you are using the recent version of Freedome to install? If not, please try to download a new copy from here in order to install it freshly.

     

    Is this a multi device subscription? Are there any other devices using this subscription?
