I have used the option of purchasing a new subscription period for Freedome on your web page and have received a renewal code. As far as I have understood from the info on this web page, the code shall be entered into the app (it regards two Apple devices). However, when I push the button ”Handle subscription” I am being transferred to a web page that does not exist. I hence do not find any means - neither in the app, nor on rhe web site - to renew my subscription. Your prompt reply will be much appreciated since the past subscription period ended just a few minutes ago.
