License is due to expire 22nd April 2017 but expired on my Android device today (9th Feb 2017)

Hi,

 

So, and as can be seen on the image provided, my license is due to expire on 22nd April 2017, but has expired today on my android device.

 

I tried, unsuccessfully, to locate the license code on both my desktop install of freedome, and the initial confirmation email that contained my lincense.

 

How do I best resolve this?
