I can connect Freedome via PC but not iPhone or iPad

in F-Secure VPN

I can connect to Freedome via my PC, but not iPhone and iPad on my router at home.

 

On other WiFi I connect all three ? Any ideas??

    Could you please let us know what version of iOS you are using on your iphone and ipad? For connection issue with iOS 8 you can refer here and here for iOS 9. Please try this and revert back if the issue persist.
