May I know if you have purchased Freedome from us directly or is it from the appstore? Could you please elaborate on your current issue to assist further?

I am at a location where i am rarely, however I have full access to my emails etc. And again I am lost with how to recover the product subscription key. Doesn´t matter how much I go through the emails a couple of months back, I find no trace of any subscription key sent to me. And yet, I did manage to get it to work in August.
Apparently I have bought the license at cleverbridge.
I have asked our support to resend it. Kindly mark the email as important so that you can easily find it in the future.
