Freedome won't turn on windows 10

in F-Secure VPN

Freedome starts up then when i try to enable it the switch doesn't change from off to on. Then after a while a message pops up saying driver error. After this happens freedome just quits.

    Could you please provide us the complete error message in order to know the exact issue? I found an article here, could you please check if this is related to the same error message you saw?
