Freedome problem

I had major problems on windows 10 upgrade and I had to make clean install to my pc. After new installation of freedome it asked for new code but my code was not accepted and showing "Could not verify your code. Please try again later".

I have bought code for 5 machines two months ago.

Please advice how to get code working again.
