Freedome only works on one device

I have ordered Freedome in App Store, at first 2017, and then 2018 renewed my subscription on Freedome (for 3 devices). But it only works on one device now?

By searching your email address in our payment systems, we only found order for Multi-platform subscription of Freedome 12 months 3 devices and order date was on 24/11/2017. 

 

For 2018 purchase, Freedome for iPads or iPhones devices are tied to the email ID if you purchased the 12 months 3 device subscription from Appstore. Please make sure that all your 3 devices are using the same Apple ID.  In addition, the subscription not applicable for any other platform. Meaning,  you can't use the Subscription for Windows/Mac OS/Android.
