Freedome license on iPhone

I cannot reinstall Freedome on my iPhone even having a subrcription but have to wait 7 days before it is not active in iStore anymore. This is not good as one sometimes change the products tagged to the home license and maybe want to have it reinstalled on a device used earlier!
