Freedome is not active

My freedome application on my Windows won't activate even if I'm trying to activate it. Consequently my internet using is not protected. I still have more than 200 days left from my contract. It says "Freedome isn't working because it is out of use" (translated from Finnish) What can I do to make it work?

    Hi emmao,

     

    Is it the first time you are trying to activate Freedome on your computer? Or was Freedome already installed on this computer before? Was there any uninstallation and reinstallation which happened for you to use the code again?

     

    What is the OS version of your Windows machine? Could you please post a screenshot of the error as well?
