Freedome for iMac

Freedome has worked on my iMac for many months. Since more than 8 weeks it doesn’t work anymore (Cannot send Emails and have no Internet Access).

 
It works on my Macbook Pro which has the same configuration as my iMac.
 
I can’t find a reason why it don’t work anymore on my iMac.
 
I have made a deinstallation and installed it again but it doesn’t help.

    May I know if you see any error message when you try to turn on Freedome? Does Freedome turn on in the first place?

     

    What is the OS version of your iMac?

     

    Please elaborate more on what's happening with Freedome so that we can assist further.

    Hi Laksh,

     

    I don't see any error messages and Freedome is in the first place.

    My OS Verion is macOS 10.12.4.

     

    I don't have access to the Internet with Safari or Firefox. No site will built up and there is no message. Even i can't send Emails.

    Hi JS17,

     

    Do you see Freedome under Applications in your Mac? Is it installed on your device? Can you try to uninstall and reinstall Freedome on your device and see if it helps?

    Hi Laksh,

    yes, i see it in my Applications folder. It is installed on my device and as i wrote in my first message: "I have made a deinstallation and installed it again but it doesn’t help."
