Freedome connection or country change is veeeery slow from france to Falkenstein, Belgium, Paris, Ne

Dear Support Team,

The connexion time to the VPN is very long since maybe 1 Month with Freedome.

I am mainly based in France.
I have a Windows 10 PC (i7), and my french provider is Orange (With Fiber 1GB/s) & i use an Android phone 6.0.1 (and it is the same).
Before the connection time (from off to on)  was around 1 second, now it is 20 to 30 seconds, the same for switching from one country to another.

Everything is very slow. Is there any kind of filtering ?
Is it an known issue ?

    Hi supernessy,

     

    As mentioned in the other thread, we do not see any performace issues for those locations.

     

    Do you have the same slowness if you try to connect to a different network? Also, do you have BitTorrent running on your device when Freedome is on?
